“The two letters were never delivered has to contact Santa Direct and complain yes they sent out replacements but not good service regarding the non delivery”

“We used the Christmas letter and text message as well as the birthday card. Our son was delighted by both. He had a huge smile and was incredibly chuffed. It was really lovely to watch him opening and reading his letter and getting a text.”
