“The letter and the extra colouring sheets etc where lovely but only one child received a text and I’d paid for two - also that message was really bland could have had emojis etc to jazz it up - iv had these letters for last 9 years and this Ai letter was my favourite especially for my eldest last year of believing 🎅🏼”

“Beautiful very personal letters... I've ordered for a few years for both my girls and always been very happy but this year felt extra special. My girls are getting older and more wise so the extra personal touches this year with the help of the AI generated letter meant they were 100% memorised and especially exited. Really pleased and reasonably priced. Thank you.”

“I have been ordering letters from santa for my son and neice since 2021 and they love them! The service is fantastic. Easy to order, reasonably priced and always delivered on time. The letters and certifiactes have lovely designs on them and I love that you can choose and each design has a different narrative. Will continue to order these.”

“I had a Santa letter sent to my Great Grandson. He had just turned 5 in November so he had to have it read to him. He received it on Christmas Eve. He wasn't at his own house but on Christmas Day he couldn't believe that Santa knew where he was to leave him presents. As his mum explained "of course he knew you were here. He sent his letter here" He loved the letter and has kept it. His Mum said he was so excited when she read it out to him especially as Santa knew his name! I will be doing the same for our Great Grandaughter next year as she is slightly younger, but she will be receiving a letter from Santa.”
