“I have been using santa letters direct for a long time, (maybe a decade) and still think its fantastic. The new ai christmas letters are fantastic. Although the old letters were good, the new ones actually sound as they were wrote by santa himself. They are personalised extremely well and helped make christmas special for my two kids. Also the offer they do on the letter and activity pack is really good. The things in the activity pack are quite good although it would be a nice touch if they did 2 packs. One for a younger child and one for an older child as it would seem more personalised to the kids.”

“What can I say other than what a fantastic experience. The whole thing was really easy to do, step by step simple instructions and for someone who doesn't use the internet to buy things very often. The letter arrived a couple of days earlier than we had requested and that was great. We gave the letter to Grace in her Xmas eve box. She loved it we sat and read it together and she was so surprised that Santa new her best friends name what she wanted for Christmas how old she was. I will definitely be using this again for 2025 and the text message on Christmas Day was the icing on the cake xx”

“It literally made my little girls Christmas!!
