“It was such an easy thing to do which brought such joy to my 2 daughters aged 7 and 8. They each got a different personalised letter, and couldn't believe how Santa knew stuff about their friends and school. The older one said it was just as good as getting a present and held it close to her chest. A lovely keepsake too!”

“We were very happy with our first experience with Santa Letter Direct, I think it definitely made Christmas extra special for our daughter. All the customisations were great, there were a lot of options to choose from and you can really personalise it to what your little one likes. Delivered very quick as well, even though we ordered super last minute. Highly recommend people to give this a go, you'll be pleasantly surprised”

“Brilliant This company is amazing, I've used them for at least 5 years ,my eldest grandson is 10 and is that age where he's telling me there isn't a santa! I told him that there is one and if he doesn't believe it then he wouldn't be getting a letter this year Suddenly he changed his mind and he He was as excited as his 5 year old cousin when his let The letters are lovely and really well done I love that you only have to check the details because they keep the previous years information for you , The hardest part is choosing which letter design you want ,there's new ones every year Please keep Oʻ”

“Loved the new AI letter writing, my kids were blown away by what Santa knew! Despite making the last posting dates, the letters didn’t arrive on time however I contacted customer services late on Christmas Eve and despite it being very late, the PDF’s were emailed across so we could print them out ready for the kids to have. Excellent service and it made me feel like they genuinely cared that kids experience the magic of Santa. Would recommend and will definitely use again.”

“I absolutely love this service! The reaction of my kids when they received their letter from santa was priceless. I really liked that you can keep changing letters until you find the one that you think suits your child the best. My youngest is 9 and at the age where he suspects that santa isnt real. I really wanted at least one more year of him believing, and I think this letter helped do just that. My eldest has autism and struggles with his emotions, and his letter from santa was just beautiful. The letter he received really made a difference to him. I cannot recommend Santa Letter Direct enough. A great service at a great price, and precious memories made.”
