“Love these letters! Returning customer of 3 years. The new AI option this year was great to be able to choose what is written and make it really personal. The quality of the paper and the print designs on the paper and the envolopes are lovely. Reasonably priced and fast postage.”

“Both letters arrived on time as selected by me, my son loves receiving his letter as he then knows that Santa is watching him, This year when his 2nd letter arrived with his nice certificate in, I held it back for a few days as he was being naughty, he finally received it once he was better behaved and my son said he was getting worried as he hadnt had this letter from Santa like he normally gets.”

“Incredible customer service and brilliant product. I went with the AI generated letter this year (although have had other excellent letters in the past from the selection on the website) and it was beautiful. It summed up our little one perfectly and made my partner and I well up reading it! There were a few words we wanted changed due to the American spelling and personal preference of Father Christmas, I simply emailed customer service who got back to me quickly with the changes made! I then found another one and they did it again without so much as a sigh!! Thank you! Will be back next year!”

“The letter and the extra colouring sheets etc where lovely but only one child received a text and I’d paid for two - also that message was really bland could have had emojis etc to jazz it up - iv had these letters for last 9 years and this Ai letter was my favourite especially for my eldest last year of believing 🎅🏼”
