“Never received and when emailed just told me to keep waiting. When I asked for a refund was told would have to wait until after Christmas to make sure it didn't arrive. So didnt have the opportunity to order elsewhere so my son went without a letter this year which is the first year in 9 years and the first time I have used this company. Ended up going through the bank to get my refund as they weren't interested. Wouldn't recommend or use again.”

“Both my grandchildren were delighted with their letters from Santa. The "nice list" certificates were a special bonus. Santa Letter Direct was fast, efficient and just as advertised. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.”

“Would have given 5 stars but I don't like the way you send multiple emails every day for over a month, even after I had bought the Santa letter.. it gets a bit much.”

“Would highly recommend. I had an issue which their customer service sorted quickly and efficiently- even when it was my fault! I cant fault them at all. Great deal, I would suggest a top quality product offering at a higher price for those that want something really special.”

“My children loved receiving their letters from Santa but I thought it would come on card at least so we could keep them instead of a stand A4 piece of paper folded in half.”
