Never received and when emailed just told me to keep waiting. When I asked for a refund was told would have to wait until after Christmas to make sure it didn't arrive. So didnt have the opportunity to order elsewhere so my son went without a letter this year which is the first year in 9 years and the first time I have used this company. Ended up going through the bank to get my refund as they weren't interested. Wouldn't recommend or use again.
