“Kiddo loved his letter and certificate. We order every year and for birthdays and other holidays too. Kiddo is medically complex so I can be difficult to find things relevant to his situation but being able to personalise the letters etc means it works really well for us.”

“I’ve always used the NSPCC Letters from Santa, but unfortunately they didn’t run them this year. While searching online for an alternative, I came across your website and, to be honest, I was a bit dubious at first — it almost seemed too good to be true! An AI-generated letter, created from just a few details, with 50% off and free delivery? Despite my doubts, I decided to go ahead and place an order, and I’m so glad I did. The letter is absolutely amazing. It’s already been delivered, although we haven’t given it to our little one yet — the elves will be taking care of that in a couple of days! I know she’s going to be absolutely thrilled by how personalised it is and how much Santa seems to know about her and her life. It truly feels magical. Safe to say, this company will be our go-to for as long as we still have a believer in the house. Thank you again for such an amazing service”
