“Absolutely brilliant company. Have been using Santa letter direct for several years now. My granddaughter is delighted each year when she receives her letter and nice certificate. I think it is really good that even after purchase, you are able to edit the letter before it is posted. My granddaughter is 8 now, and I'm hoping we can continue the magic for a couple more years to come. Thank you.”

“Lovely letter. It arrived a little later than scheduled but the customer service was excellent. My grandson absolutely loved receiving his letter from Santa. Will definitely arrange again next year. I can’t wait for the text message on Christmas Day. My grandson will be over the moon.”
