“One letter went out posted and received on the required date. The other two letters had never been received. I contacted the head Elf who resent out the letters (still pending delivery) but also emailed me the digital copies to print out incase the 2nd lot never turn up. Brilliant thank you head elf (Fiona)”

“The letter was fabulous as it was generated with lots of personalised details in comparison to the other standard letters. I wasn't sure what it would be like as it is AI generated but you have the option to change it if you feel it isn't quite right Definitely will buy again next Christmas”
