“What a fantastic service, I send 3 letters and one I wrote the wrong address, totally my fault, thankfully Santa Letter Direct noticed this and sent out another copy to the right address and sent a copy to my email too. Went beyond what I expected. The lettered were delightful with my 3 grandchildren left in wonder. Thanks again”

“Ordered two letters for each of my children at the beginning of December and not received either. I contacted the company and explained I hadn’t received the letters and they said they would said out new copies. Not received them either and it’s been enough time for them to arrive. Very disappointing that my children don’t have their Santa letters and no more time to order elsewhere.”
