“Ordered two letters for each of my children at the beginning of December and not received either. I contacted the company and explained I hadn’t received the letters and they said they would said out new copies. Not received them either and it’s been enough time for them to arrive. Very disappointing that my children don’t have their Santa letters and no more time to order elsewhere.”

“I order letters every year for my 2 (not so small anymore) children. They are nicely decorated, personal and arrive promptly. I think they’re great value for money and will order here for many years to come - no matter how big my children get!”

“My sons birthday is boxing day so we use santa letter direct to get him a birthday card off santa every year and always had brilliant service and to see his face light up when he sees the letter through the letter box is priceless. Definitely recommend. Only issue which is Me being picky is address is on the back of the actual card which I've never noticed before.”
