“tried a letter via AI this year for one grandaughter - two others chosen by me - was SO pleased that by giving just a few details a letter that so suited her was generated. All letters arrived on time and the two little oones letters came while they were out so they were left sticking out of the letterbox for them - they totally loved them and were mystified as to how Father Christmas knew so much about them.”

“Both last year and this year, I experienced problems with the letters arriving in the post. HOWEVER, this was through no fault of the company- more a royal mail issue! Upon contacting the company, on both occasions, the response was immediate and the action taken excellent- they re-posted the letters AND sent them (along with complimentary nice list and activity pack) via email straight away. Both years, I ended up with two very happy customers this end so thank you for the excellent service Santa Letter Direct, when up against an unreliable mail service!”
