“I have been using santa letter direct for around 10 years, both of my boys have loved receiving their letters and nice list certificates from Santa. I like the fact you can now edit certain parts of the letter instead of going back to the beginning now.”

“We’ve used Santa letters direct for the past 9 years now- first our son and then adding our daughter 5 years ago. They have always provided an excellent and swift service with new letter templates and the sweetest of letter heads every year! As returning customers we are also offered discounts on their packages that of course really helps this time of year. I would (and have) definitely recommend Santa letters to anyone with young children looking for a magical touch to their children’s Christmas 🎄”

“It was ok at the discounted price but I would have been unhappy if I’d paid full price, the letter looked like it had been printed with poor quality ink or slightly faded ink, perhaps the cartridge needed changing, on cheap paper. The “nice list” certificate seemed slightly better quality. Definitely lesson learned for next year as I could have typed the letter and printed it myself as it seems that nothing other than that was done. At the discounted price, I got what I asked for but it all could have been done at home for nothing.”
