“I was a little bit sceptical about this but thought it would give it a go. You are asked to provide information for the child which the AI can use to draft the letter. I listed words and phrases and the result was wonderful. The generated letters felt personal and for a child they are magical. They were for my grand daughters and whilst I wasn't there when they opened them(we didn't tell my daughter we had done it), the feedback was 'wish we had filmed them opening them...top grandad points)”

“Very easy to complete and amend. The reaction on my grandchildren's faces when they received their personalised reply from Father Christmas was priceless and made my Christmas already!”

“The letter from Santa is a very nice idea to keep the hope in kids alive. But I think the quality of paper could have been better for the certificate and letter both.”
