“I have been requesting and filling out our grandchildren’s letter over the pass few years and had a great service from Santa letters direct. Always on time and any queries always Dealt with straight away, our grandchildren always have a smile on there face when receiving there letters. Look forward to doing this next year. “I have been using Santa's letters for years, my Daughter is 33 with special needs and believes in Santa. The service is brilliant, always arrives on time and is exactly what we asked for. My only comment is given her age could be geared to an older person with disabilities.”

“Brilliant again, thank you. My granddaughter looks forward to getting her letter and activity set each year, waiting to see if she's on the nice list with one of her friends. Her face lights up when she sees the envelope. This year I have another granddaughter and she got her first ever letter at only 4 months old. Great value for money and most of all, so believable.”
