“The service is great, my son loved getting his letter from Santa. The fact it asks you for something's then uses AI to generate a unique letter is amazing. Will be using next year!”

“My 6 and 3 year old loved receiving their letters from Santa, they were so excited that Santa knew what they had been getting up to at school/preschool. I have been recommending Santa Letter Direct to everyone and will continue to do so. I was so pleased with the service and will be using it again next year!!”

“The letter was fantastic - like it was hand written and made just for my son. He loved it and it's made him so ready for Christmas. It was easy to do online and would highly recommend.”

“I have been using santa letter direct for around 10 years, both of my boys have loved receiving their letters and nice list certificates from Santa. I like the fact you can now edit certain parts of the letter instead of going back to the beginning now.”

“We’ve used Santa letters direct for the past 9 years now- first our son and then adding our daughter 5 years ago. They have always provided an excellent and swift service with new letter templates and the sweetest of letter heads every year! As returning customers we are also offered discounts on their packages that of course really helps this time of year. I would (and have) definitely recommend Santa letters to anyone with young children looking for a magical touch to their children’s Christmas 🎄”

“These letters are brilliant! My daughter loves that father christmas knows her hobbies and friends and refers to them in his letter to her. It's just as exciting for parents to see that in their faces.”

“It was ok at the discounted price but I would have been unhappy if I’d paid full price, the letter looked like it had been printed with poor quality ink or slightly faded ink, perhaps the cartridge needed changing, on cheap paper. The “nice list” certificate seemed slightly better quality. Definitely lesson learned for next year as I could have typed the letter and printed it myself as it seems that nothing other than that was done. At the discounted price, I got what I asked for but it all could have been done at home for nothing.”
