“I’ve used this service for many years now and the new AI option this year was phenomenal! I usually hate AI but I thought nothing to lose with this and I’d give it a try…woah! All 3 of children’s letters were amazingly personalised. Definitely recommend!”

“We purchase a Santa letter and activity pack every year and our kid always loves them. They’re an amazing price and arrive promptly. This year they definitely upped the game with the AI feature and our kid was over the moon with the much more personal touch in the letter. Will continue to repurchase every year until it is no longer needed.”

“The Santa letters I received were absolutely amazing. My autistic 13 year old was over the moon with his letter and read it out loud to us. My 3 year old also thought it was amazing that Santa had sent her a letter. We do these letters every year and they never disappoint. The letters were also delivered on my chosen date.”

“I ordered 2 Santa letters and one unfortunately didn’t arrive on the date we had asked I gave it a few days and contacted customer services. They were fantastic they sent out another letter which arrived a few days later. The letters are great and service even better.”
