“The letter was beautifully written & I really liked being able to personalise it. We had some issues with delivery (not Santa Letter Direct fault) but as soon as I contacted them they sent a replacement letter quickly”

“The AI generated letters are brilliant. I got two different designs for each child and an activity pack which they loved doing! The letters are designed beautifully and my eldest daughter is 7 and still believes they are really from Santa. The website is easy to navigate, letters are stress free to make, great delivery time, excellent value for money and the extras you can order are a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered 2 separate letters through an online site (which were terrible as should have had a discount but ended up paying more as not easy to navigate!) When ordering I specified a date (same date for both) for them to be delivered however one came 2 days before the other, leaving one son wondering why !”
