“Are you serious? No letters or phone calls were ever received. My 4 grandchildren got nothing from Santa this year like they have every year in the past thanks to you worthless bunch of people. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. No matter how good the deal seems, they do not provide the service promised. I’ve reached out, and no follow up at all. Scammers!!!!”

“I was looking for a new Santa letter for my Granddaughter as the site I usually use wasn't operating this year when I came across Santa Letter Direct on the internet. I expected it to be similar to all the other sites avaiable but how wrong I was. Santa letter Direct provided a more personal message for my Granddaughter which was more appropriate and apt for her age. I was able to list details about her which did not come from a drop down list . I was so pleased with the result , Bessie loved it and it brought her Mum to tears because it was so beautifully written.”

“I have been sending them every year to my grandchildren and now to my great grandsons. They are so thrilled to get them and it helps us to know what they want for Christmas when they get them. Beautiful letters and also get some colouring books etc. I can highly recommend them and also very reasonably priced.”

“My little boy loved his letter from santa this is the 2nd year I have ordered one and just helps keep the magic alive as its personalised to him and he love to find out that he is on the nice list. Was very fast to arrive came addressed to my little one from the north pole which he loved to think that santa actually posted it to him. I also ordered the video message which was a last minute thing I ordered about 10am on the 23rd of Dec and recived it about 5pm that day. My little one loved it got to see inside Santa's workshop, was personalised to him with pictures his full name and a few facts which made it more real. Highly recommend will be ordering for next Christmas thank you.”

“I ordered letters for my 3 Grandchildren but only 2 of them received their’s. Unfortunately it was one of my twin Granddaughters which caused a lot of upset. Fortunately when I found out I had ordered downloads, so I emailed a copy to her Mum.”

“Had to wait to speak to my grandaughter when she came here for Christ b4 I could answer your questions. If I had asked b4 might have been suspicious. She is 11 and still believes I think . I asked her did she hear from Santa this year? YES she said and knew I would be at yours and don’t know how big even mentioned what I wouid like! Then Christmas morning she suddenly turned round to me and said oh bye the way Santa texed me this morning ! I just replied who nice of him because he must be very very tired! We did track him sometimes on Christmas Eve tooo”

“I have been ordering letters from Santa Letter Direct for 5+ years. This year I ordered an AI-generated letter and was really impressed with what was generated. The letter was detailed and personalised and the paper quality is stunning, with beautiful images and plenty of designs to choose from. The service was fast, and best of all, my son absolutely loved his letter when it arrived — such a magical experience for him. The only small improvement I’d suggest is bringing back the option to choose the posting date, as that was available in the past. Overall, a wonderful product that I’d happily recommend.”
