“I will definitely be ordering again. The letters are fantastic, lovely quality. My order was a bit delayed on the time it said it should arrive, I was worried that it had got lost in the post with it being December and how busy the mail can be. I contacted customer service and they told me not to worry and sent another set of letters out and also sent me a email of the letters if I needed to print them. Fantastic customer service.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a Letter from Santa for my niece. This year she was 4 years old and loves the excitment of Christmas. This year so wrote her letter and recieved one back from Santa and his helpers, even more so that she showed everyone on her street and took it into school with her for show and tell. These letters also help the sparkle continue with the added extra to add friends and family names into it. Great concept. Thank you Santa Letter Direct”

“I ordered 6 letters for my grandchildren who were all together this Christmas. The letters were absolutely fabulous and personally tailored to each child with their achievements throughout the year.
