“I have been getting these since 2019 and they never disappoint. This year smashed it as i did the ai letter which was amazing and our first year at doing santa wishlist letters. I had a baby in 2024 and both of them now have the personalised books. I did use to do letter, text message and video but they was identical and son was clocking on if in future different video options become available id definitely reorder them but I did 3 or 4 years in row with personalised video and was same video just different pictures. Still magical for first time video but maybe consider different videos yearly to keep the magic alive. Despite that i will not stop ordering or spreading the word of the company for other parents and I know alot of people have gone to them following my review.”

“My daughter was so excited to receive her letter from Santa she felt so special bless her she couldn't believe Santa actually wrote to her. It was a perfect letter too and the fact you added in a little activity book and a good list certificate made her day so thank you so much. “Amazing, it added a more exciting time to my grandchildren, they were surprised santa knew things about hobbies and friends, ordering was easy and uncomplicated, liked how before your. Postal date you could if you wanted make changes to your letters, thank you made it special”
