“Ordered 2 separate letters through an online site (which were terrible as should have had a discount but ended up paying more as not easy to navigate!) When ordering I specified a date (same date for both) for them to be delivered however one came 2 days before the other, leaving one son wondering why !”

“Was lovely to receive the letters so personalised and with so many details of what they had achieved in the year! Only thing was the letters came at seperate times so ideally if same order could come together would be better so noone had to wait!”

“I have been buying Santa letters from this company for 10 years now and they never disappoint. This year I used a coupon that was emailed to me and I was able to get free activity packs for each child (which really helped in that lull between end of school and Christmas). The kids ask every year when will Santa send their letters, they always look forward to receiving them. We had a bit of a hiccup this year, not receiving them as scheduled, however with posting issues all around, customer services were great, very helpful and understanding and ordered them to be send again free of charge. This was my daughter's last Santa year and she felt the magic as much as almost 11 years old as she did when she was a lot younger. We now also had another first Christmas this year - so we'll be able to keep buying letters for the next 10 years! The look on the kids faces - well worth it!”

“I will definitely be ordering again. The letters are fantastic, lovely quality. My order was a bit delayed on the time it said it should arrive, I was worried that it had got lost in the post with it being December and how busy the mail can be. I contacted customer service and they told me not to worry and sent another set of letters out and also sent me a email of the letters if I needed to print them. Fantastic customer service.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a Letter from Santa for my niece. This year she was 4 years old and loves the excitment of Christmas. This year so wrote her letter and recieved one back from Santa and his helpers, even more so that she showed everyone on her street and took it into school with her for show and tell. These letters also help the sparkle continue with the added extra to add friends and family names into it. Great concept. Thank you Santa Letter Direct”
