“Loved fhe letter. We went through the RNIB but the letter was basic and boring however we chose this company and there was so much included and my daughter loved it. It was just perfect for her. Will definitely order again for christmas 2026”

“My daughter absolutely loved her letter from Santa. She told all her friends and family she’s only 5. I will be using your services again for both my daughter and son who will be almost two at Christmas. 🎄♥️ Thank you ever so much. Ps customer services were amazing and re sent out another letter as I didn’t receive the first one, couldn’t apologise enough. No longer Christmas but the letter still remains on my fridge 😂 can’t take it off I’m not allowed 🫣♥️ Many thanks Donna-Marie Bullen xo”

“Excellent service.. I get these every year for my two children. Normally I write bits myself of what I want to say but this year let the AI side do its job and the kids loved them. Made them very personal . Would recommend 10/10.”
