“Great service, easy to set up, great communication. Children were so excited to receive letters from Santa, also had texts from Santa on Christmas day, have set up fir them to have texts sent to them on their birthdays as well. Great value for money. Will use this service again, and have recommended it to family and friends.”

“Letters were ordered 11/12/24 with an eta of 11/25/24. It is now 12/2/24 and the letters did not get delivered to the 5 recipients. Very disappointing.”

“Update: after my review they straightaway sent new one with correct name and letter looks fab and certificate. Can't wait to see my boys Reaction thank you. I have ordered Santa Letter for my son and filled up everything correctly. Provided parent name on requested field and child's name on the correct field and certificate and letter head is addressed to me the parent. So it was very disappointing. Had to change the name by hand on both. Had to change the name by hand on both.”
