“Letters were ordered 11/12/24 with an eta of 11/25/24. It is now 12/2/24 and the letters did not get delivered to the 5 recipients. Very disappointing.”

“Update: after my review they straightaway sent new one with correct name and letter looks fab and certificate. Can't wait to see my boys Reaction thank you. I have ordered Santa Letter for my son and filled up everything correctly. Provided parent name on requested field and child's name on the correct field and certificate and letter head is addressed to me the parent. So it was very disappointing. Had to change the name by hand on both. Had to change the name by hand on both.”

“Our Grandson loves Christmas and he gets really excited that he is on the good list and cannot believe he knows so much. He knows the presents he wants. He starts colouring the things in his pack immediately he has read the enclosed letter. Receiving Santa’s letter is the start of Christmas for him.”
