“Order every year so happy. Tried AI letter but didn't suit ours this year. Wish another new letter as alternative this year but very happy.”

“Not great this year…. While all of her things (envelope, nice list certificate, etc) was addressed to her, the letter itself was addressed to: (Child’s Name). Because of who she is, who we are… I told her “Santa ain’t Jesus and his printer/computer probably had a brain fart, so it’s not perfect, but all the details and the certificate is your name, so I GUEEEEESSS you’ll get what you asked for”…. And for the past 3 days I’ve been referring to her as “Child’s Name”, which she scolds “if you keep making fun of him, you’re going on the naughty list and since I look like you, he may confuse us. So you better not put me on the naughty list mommy”…. Then she giggles. I checked it before it was mailed and it said “Child’s Name”, and I reverified and re-entered her name… obviously, everything else had her name.. so I’m pretty disappointed, especially since it should’ve been here the 23rd and only showed up the 1st… which was making her anxious not getting her letter yet. Then it’s addressed like that? 😞”

“The letter was perfect we'd been to see Santa on the 30th and her letter was there when we got home, our 2.5yr old Granddaughter was so excited - it tied in perfectly with the days events. I've ordered these since she was born, the letters have been kept in her memory box and looking back on her achievements each Christmas season is just beautiful. Will definitely continue to order these each year. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 🎁”
