“I received an email that the packages were delivered to the grandkids. Parents said they have not received anything in the mail. Just wondering if it got lost or it’s gonna take longer to get to them”

“The letter is lovely and sounds very personalised. However I edited it and hadn’t noticed it had changed the delivery date. The letter then came to early as I knew I wanted to edit further.”

“My girls were so excited to receive their letter and certificate. They both arrived on the day I requested and both were beautiful. They helped to keep the magic alive with the personalised parts with what they've asked for from Santa and a line about their friends. Will definitely order again next year!”
