“I ordered a personalised AI Santa letter and got a standard, short letter without reference to anything I had put in for my daughter. To say she was underwhelmed with the letter would be an understatement! The letter I had designed was totally different so I’m not sure how I’ve ended up with this one. I would like my money back!! I have attached what the letter should have looked like!!”

“Our Grandchildren received their letters from Santa and I can only say it blew their minds that not only did Santa write to them, but also knew what they had been achieving this year and who their best friends were. This is a fantastic and so realistic thing to send to children they believed every word and made them very excited and promised their parents that they will continue to to be very good because Santa is obviously watching and knows all about them! 10/10 from us”

“A great company, so many designs and the new AI letters are so realistic, they read as though it is someone who really knows the child. I requested 10 of them so the youngest grandchildren get one every year, a tradition I started when my 19yr old grandson was around 3! I got in a muddle with whose letter had been sent so there were a number of emails back and forth. The head elf was very helpful and patient with me. The activity items are loved by the girls especially and nice that they have changed after a number of years being the same. The only way this company could improve is to have a phone number for those of us who are trying to do things instantly. Well done! I look forward to creating next years letters :)”

“Another year of using this absolutely fantastic service. Very easy to in put details to personalise Santa's letter. Gran kids are so happy to recieve a personal letter with proof of Santa knowing all about them. Parents have been moved to tears at the reaction of their kids.”

“We love receiving these at Christmas time and the designs are wonderful however you put my son's name on the letter but mine on the nice certificate. I pretended that the elves had been mischievous however for a boy that has autism he was disappointed. I hope this can be rectified.”
