“The letter was recieved on time and it's just so nice, I have done santa letter with this company since my son was born in 2016 and every year there is no let down, being able to chose your letter and personalised it and also with the other gifts you get too it's amazing, thank you”

“I was a little bit sceptical about this but thought it would give it a go. You are asked to provide information for the child which the AI can use to draft the letter. I listed words and phrases and the result was wonderful. The generated letters felt personal and for a child they are magical. They were for my grand daughters and whilst I wasn't there when they opened them(we didn't tell my daughter we had done it), the feedback was 'wish we had filmed them opening them...top grandad points)”
