“Great use of AI to deliver a very personalised letter. Letter arrived much later than expected and print on letter was much fainter this year so more difficult to read and some of the wording had printed over the picture so you couldn’t read it.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered online, after 1 week of my delivery date, contacted customer service as no letter had arrived, to be advised it was not sent due to pay.ent nor being made, sent evidence of payment, then letter sent, but arrived almost 3 weeks late. Never had aan issue before this year, not sure what happened, but not even anything extra in the envelope for the inconvenience.”

“Beautiful fun festive design, just perfect for the age group before the innocence is lost. Bright and bubbly fun pictures on great quality paper. My only advice to buyers is now that the postal service is fragmented buy early and get it posted early ours took 11 days.”

“I have used Santa letter direct in previous years and have been happy with the process however I have not yet received my order x 3. They were due for delivery on 6/12/25, but nothing received anc I understand there are sometimes delays but I have been unable to get an update”
