“I have used Santa letter direct in previous years and have been happy with the process however I have not yet received my order x 3. They were due for delivery on 6/12/25, but nothing received anc I understand there are sometimes delays but I have been unable to get an update”

“I have used Santa Direct for my little boy since he was a baby, due to the quality of the amazing Santa letters (which you can pick the picture at the top of page) and it’s a fantastic service. Reliable and you are given opportunity to review letter prior to posting on your desired date, so if there happens to be any changes to Christmas gift you can edit letter appropriately. You can choose letter only or nice list certificate or pack. Would recommend 💯”
