“the evelope was lovely with such detail, the letter was beautifuly written and the small insets made is flow and feel so personal. The children loved the letter so much magic and the oldest at 12 still loved it and had fun”

“My daughter loved this. She is 9 years old and still believes in magic. This may be our last year with our youngest. The key was a lovely touch, too. It came when you said it would, and the discount was great, too, given the cost-of-living squeeze in the current climate.”

“In general the letter format was good, although I did feel that there were too few areas in which to add personal touches, and the format of those that were there were quite restrictive in what could be added. If those issues could be addressed successfully, this product has the potential to be first class.”

“Honestly I have absolutely loved all your work this year the variety of things is amazing to keep the magic going is incredible. May letter from Santa was unbelievable, I cried whilst I read to my beautiful one. I have ordered my usual Christmas pack. I also went for birthday text and card, video of Santa and the missing button. The activity pack is fabulous which has a door hanger and we are putting on the tree decorations very soon. Thank you”

“thank you, my grandson is 11 so maybe you could have a more grown up version of the letter because even as children grow up, the idea of Santa is still very exciting for them i have paid for the santa text on Christmas day so i hope that arrives as i am sure he will love it”

“Both my grandchildren received their letters from Santa, 8 and 4 year olds. The 8 year old was over whelmed at how much information Santa knew, even about his friend becoming a big brother. They've certainly added to the magic of Christma. They were also happy to receive their on the nice list certificates, as they forgot to ask him in person. Thank you for helping spread Christmas cheer.”

“This is the first time I’ve used this company and I was totally blown away but the quality of the letter, the many different designs/wording you could choose from and also the price.
