“Did not arrive on the date it said and we did not receive any of the letters I paid for until I contacted them. The digital download that I paid for did not work either. Felt it was a rip off but they did eventually send them and resent another link before Christmas but it ws too late for me to use it”

“I have been getting these letters for 15years now It has crept from 1 up to 4 letters per year However my eldest grandson is nearly 16 years old now and this will be his final one as he just laughs and goes along with it I know he loves them really sshh”

“Sincere thanks for another yearly letter for my Grandaughter from Santa. This year I chose the letter describing all the reindeer and she loved it so now knows all their names and so do I. Hopefully, I shall order again if the magic remains !!”

“This year is the second year i have used the Santa letter. Both my little ones were so excited when they received their letters. They were personalised to each of them and they were in awe at how Santa knew things about them and what achievements they had done during the year. It has made the build up to the big day even more special for them.”

“My daughter loved this. She is 9 years old and still believes in magic. This may be our last year with our youngest. The key was a lovely touch, too. It came when you said it would, and the discount was great, too, given the cost-of-living squeeze in the current climate.”

“In general the letter format was good, although I did feel that there were too few areas in which to add personal touches, and the format of those that were there were quite restrictive in what could be added. If those issues could be addressed successfully, this product has the potential to be first class.”
