“Did not arrive on the date it said and we did not receive any of the letters I paid for until I contacted them. The digital download that I paid for did not work either. Felt it was a rip off but they did eventually send them and resent another link before Christmas but it ws too late for me to use it”

“This year is the second year i have used the Santa letter. Both my little ones were so excited when they received their letters. They were personalised to each of them and they were in awe at how Santa knew things about them and what achievements they had done during the year.
