“So I ordered 6 letters all different and all tailored to each child the eldest being 12 than 11 9 7 6 4 yrs old the older ones of age and took bit of convincing till they got there letters than are now wondering how Santa knows so much they all loved there letters so thank you Mr & Mrs Clause”

“I had to contact Santa Letters direct because the letters did not arrive, they sent duplicates and today we have received two copies of letters for each child. Obviously not the companies fault but Royal mail ! The children will be so happy when they arrive home from school Thank you”
