“I ordered 4 letters for my 4 children. They all eventually arrived although not together which was tricky. But they are lovely. I think they could improve with the images used, as they're a bit cartoon. I wish more traditional and authentic was available to choose on all of the products. But really pleased”

“After 15 years of ordering through a charity our family christmas letters, when they reveled they were no longer doing the letters, I struggled to find a Christmas letter that meet all my expectations. An advert popped up for these letters on social media and having read the reviews, I decided this were the closest to the previous I could find. The detail of the personalisation is amazing. I ordered 3 letters and they arrived quickly and all the children loved having them so personalised. I ordered one generic one from the many choices which is also great and made 2 using the ai options. The letters themselves are printed on simple white paper but the illustrations you get to choose from make the letters even more magical.”

“So I ordered 6 letters all different and all tailored to each child the eldest being 12 than 11 9 7 6 4 yrs old the older ones of age and took bit of convincing till they got there letters than are now wondering how Santa knows so much they all loved there letters so thank you Mr & Mrs Clause”
