“Lovely letters.Easy to navigate the site and process.Yearly reminders.Always arrive on time.Would have given 5,but the prices are getting higher year on year and there doesn't seem to be an option to order all my letters on one order .I have to pay for each one individually? Basically having to place 3 orders instead of one.”

“This is the second Christmas that I have purchased a letter for my daughter. Watching my daughter open her letter when it arrives is so emotional. She loves reading it to us. “The letters are beautiful, great choice of pictures and wording with the opportunity to add in achievements to make it really personal and special. I’ve ordered from this company for the last 8 years and will continue to do so. My son’s face this year when he got his letter and read it out was magical, he was so surprised by what Santa had written to him. These moments are priceless. Always the opportunity to buy extras too if you want to add a bit more magic. Best letters I’ve come across by far.”
