“I have used Santa Direct for many years. This year the letters took longer. I emailed and had prompt helpful communication and a promise of sending them out again if they didn’t arrive within 3 days! I was bowled over, the letters did arrive granddaughters were very happy and Fiona was amazing in her responses. A fantastic service worth every penny.”

“I buy these for my children and nieces each year and they bring that extra little bit of magic. I love that they can be personalised with little details, and that you can choose the designs and sending dates too. “Lovely letters.Easy to navigate the site and process.Yearly reminders.Always arrive on time.Would have given 5,but the prices are getting higher year on year and there doesn't seem to be an option to order all my letters on one order .I have to pay for each one individually? Basically having to place 3 orders instead of one.”
