“It was so wonderful to watch my little boys face light up when he opened his letter from santa, and he was even more excited to receive a certificate to say he was on the nice list ... I was very pleased with the quality of the letter , the print was so bright and the art work was really eye catching, I think I will use these for next year too , it was worth every penny , which wasn't alot either ... thankyou so much ...”

“The first letter was delivered late and when arrived was torn and creased. The second arrived late but was in good condition. However the first line was printed over the image and could not be seen, the print quality was very poor and difficult to read and the paper printed on was thin and of poor quality. The concept is great but execution poor.”
