“We order every year for our girls and never had any issues until this year where the letters themselves were torn. So they were sent with a rip in the top and bottom (no rip in envelopes) which is unfortunate as both girl commented on it. Other than that slight defect we had no issues and lovely.”

“Donnie and Eva Paige are still a bit young to understand yet but my other granddaughter was so excited when her dad read her the letter. Especially the part that said she’d learnt how to use the potty. My son said her face was amazing. So thank you Father Christmas hope you all have an amazing Christmas 🎄 xx”
