“Ordered for my grandson who had been to see Santa a couple of weeks ago. He has his birthday week before Christmas so was excited to receive his letter . He asked if was fake when she gave it to him but then he saw it was from the North Pole. Only disappointment was the small writing which he struggled to read so asked his mum to read it out to him”

“We order every year for our girls and never had any issues until this year where the letters themselves were torn. So they were sent with a rip in the top and bottom (no rip in envelopes) which is unfortunate as both girl commented on it. Other than that slight defect we had no issues and lovely.”
