“So easy from start to finish. Letter came from Santa very quickly, I’d given a few details as requested, I couldn’t have been happier with the end letter. I’ll definitely use you again. Thank you”

“The recipient was in awe as it was so realistic. She DID believe that it had come from Santa! Who else could know what she wanted and those people mentioned?”

“It was so wonderful to watch my little boys face light up when he opened his letter from santa, and he was even more excited to receive a certificate to say he was on the nice list ... I was very pleased with the quality of the letter , the print was so bright and the art work was really eye catching, I think I will use these for next year too , it was worth every penny , which wasn't alot either ... thankyou so much ...”

“We had the Ai letters and OMG they are absolutely fantastic, the smile on my boys faces when they read them with all the personal info was a priceless memory and the letters were so individual. The best money we have spent this year by far.”

“The first letter was delivered late and when arrived was torn and creased. The second arrived late but was in good condition. However the first line was printed over the image and could not be seen, the print quality was very poor and difficult to read and the paper printed on was thin and of poor quality. The concept is great but execution poor.”
