“Santa letters direct were really fantastic- I ordered 4 letters for my grandchildren and using AI after I had put a few details about each child and their interests and friends etc Santa letters direct created a unique personalised letter to each child which they were all so thrilled with! Having the details of their friends etc in the letter made them just magical!”

“I've sent my two older grandchildren letters since they were born, they are now too old but I have three younger ones I've started sending to. The 5yr old lives them as do the two babies, last year they received first year certificates and this year they have had the proper letter. I love you can personalise them. I wouldn't send from anywhere else now.”

“I've purchased several of these letters for my 2 granddaughters over the years, and none have ever failed to enthrall them. The content is always spot on. My older Granddaughter doesn't actually 'believe ' anymore. But happily goes along with it, for the sake of her little SIster! I shall continue to purchase as long as the younger one is believing.”

“Been getting our daughter’s Santa letter (complete with activity pack) every year for the past 6 or 7 years. Whilst the price has increased over the years it’s not got to a point where I’ve thought it’s not worth the money - the increases have been fair. What we get for the money is good - lovely letter, stickers and more, and it arrives in a nice envelope that after all these years my daughter recognises and gets excited over. I’d say it’s well worth the money and it’s a really nice start to the festive season.”
