“Great service and customer services,I got a 1st Xmas letter for my granddaughter and realised I had put the wrong house number on for it to be delivered to and it was the day before it was due to be sent out,I emailed customer services and they got back to me very quickly and rectified this for me so went to the right number and is a lovely keepsake for my granddaughters first xmas as she's 11 mths thankyou”

“Lovely letters, a great selection to choose from and the drawings were incredible. The kids loved them and being able to add the Nice list certificate was a big extra. Awesome job to all people involved”

“Have used Santa Direct for past 6 years and always been very happy with the service and the choice of letters available. This year I was happily surprised to see that they offered an AI generated letter - this worked well for me as my daughter had asked for a gift that is for a much younger child and so I was able to create a letter saying that Santa had chosen a different gift for her. Excellent service, easy to use, can make changes after order placed and choose when to have letter sent. Always kept up to date via email and good deals on extras depending when you order. Will continue to use as long as daughter believes in Santa.”
