“Letters were supposed to arrive Dec. 7 and they still have not arrived, today is the 16th of Dec. I received a notification from Santa letter direct saying they had posted Nov. 27.”

“Lots of choice on letters to use, easy to enter the information, easy to order, very good pricing and exceptional customer service. I contacted them as the letters I ordered hadn’t arrived by the date I was advised. Justine from customer service was extremely helpful and understanding and resent the letters so my children didn’t miss out. Thank you. I’ve used you in the past and the letters have always gone down well.”

“I've used Santa Letter Direct the last few years and it is brilliant. However we are waiting for our letter which we were supposed to receive 3 days and had an email to say what did we think of our letter but we have yet to receive ours, I hope it's on the way 🤞🙏?!”

“I'm very disappointed I have only had 2 of the 5 letters delivered to my grandchildren and I feel that they will be most upset when they know there cousins have had a letter and not them they will think that santa thinks there naughty 😕”
