“Need more new letters, maybe age suitable, showing the year the letter was published. It would be great if there was a feature telling me if I had used the letter before”

“I've used Santa Letter Direct the last few years and it is brilliant. However we are waiting for our letter which we were supposed to receive 3 days and had an email to say what did we think of our letter but we have yet to receive ours, I hope it's on the way 🤞🙏?!”

“Such a wonderful letter and video for our young son. We must have watched the video 50 times - it would be great to be able to fully download and save it that would be my only criticism. Many thanks for helping make Christmas special”
