“My 8 year old loved reading her letter. It was lovely how personalised it was My 12 year old ( who has lost the magic ) was very confused and couldn't work out how Santa knew so much about her sister... I think for a few moments she believed in the magic again”

“I ordered santa letters for a nephew and two nieces, they absolutely loved it, it's a very magical time for them , having a letter from santa, with a on the nice list certificate as well , I had a postal problem with one , which was probably down to the sorting office in our area, but the support I recieved from the team about the late letter was very professional and friendly, a big thank you to Anna , Justine and Fiona for their help and support.”

“Ordered letters for my 5 grand children. 3 of which are in Canada & 2 in the U.S. the Canadian letters took about 2 weeks to arrive while the U.S. letters took an additional week & a half. 3 of the grandkids are still a bit too young to appreciate what a letter from Santa is about but the other 2 were thrilled to get them & made them even more excited for Santa’s arrival on Christmas Eve. I was very pleased with the quality & accuracy of the letters produced. This was my 2nd year ordering the letters & will certainly be planning on ordering again next year.”
