“Arrived promptly. Envelope was a nice touch. Easy to order too. The letter was lovely and our daughter loved it. As was the certificate. However I have taken a star off for the activity pack. Just felt it lacked something, daughter has never touched it. Other than that small criticism it was fantastic”

“We use this through school, and absolutely love it. The letters are customisable and the pack that comes is fab. Our kiddos love it so much and get so excited when their friend's names are on them. Plenty of options for different children too.”
