“I've used Santa letter direct for a couple of years now and I absolutely would not go anywhere else. The packs are fun and interactive, and my children have come to expect them if they've been good. The customer service is great and there's a great range of dates starting nice and early to choose for the letters to land. Overall, a great experience time and time again.”
