“Lovely letter. It arrived a little later than scheduled but the customer service was excellent. My grandson absolutely loved receiving his letter from Santa. Will definitely arrange again next year. I can’t wait for the text message on Christmas Day. My grandson will be over the moon.”

She has had the letter from Santa every year since she was a baby and also we got her the book and the last 2 years since being able to read she has had the letter to Santa pack also.
