“The children were delighted with the authentic letters they received. Care was taken to give the opportunity to make any changes prior to sending which was a nice touch. The only down side was that only one arrived initially, followed by the other three the next day. Leaving the children a little worried that they may have been on the naughty list. They were relieved to get theirs the following day . This problem was more likely due to the postage service rather than Santa letter direct xx”

“I've been buying these letters for my son for years. The fact that you came put in certain information about your children makes for a more personalised letter for them. There's lots of choice and the quality is always lovely. You can also choose your own postage date which is really convenient.”

“I wish they had this when I was young so magical to see little people's faces when they receive any of these Santa products, my grandsons birthday is on 20/12 so extra special receiving a birthday card, I will keep getting these for many years to come. “We use Santa Letter Direct every year. My children are getting older and I thought they might be over it this year but no, they still insisted on a Santa letter! It has lovely content that you can personalise. Really good value for money with lots of choice of extra add on’s which I used a lot when my children were little.”
