“This is second year I have used santas letters done 4 differant ones for the grandchildren they absolutely loved them it is a little bit of joy for them to keep the magic going will definitely use them again good quick service and fun choosing the letters as such a good variety”

“I have used Santa Letter Direct every year now since my son was old enough to understand and I have always found them to be really helpful, the delivery dates are always fairly accurate and the variety of designs of letter are really lovely. The new AI feature is amazing and this year's letter was the best by far, it was so personal and really made him smile! The only negative for us is that the activity pack that comes is nearly identical every year which our son has started to comment on, and it would be a lot better if there was maybe different activities depending on the age of the child as they're far too easy now my son is getting older.”
