“The letters are always very well presented, I'm a returning customer because I'm always impressed. However I've deducted a star because letters need to be ordered seperately, and even though I clicked "order another" so done it within a few mins, they were posted on seperate days meaning one child has her letter from santa and one child still hasn't received theirs. Which is very disappointing.”

“I use this every but extremely disappointed this year, my daughter received her letter and my 6 year old son didn’t receive his, both to be delivered the same day. He now believes he is on the ‘bad list’ 😢”
