“The letter would have felt much more special if the paper quality had been better, rather than just ordinary printer paper. Considering the price, it was quite disappointing. Had I known this beforehand, I would have ordered only the PDF version and printed it myself”

“The initial service and dictation of the letter was great, but my litfle one still hasnt gotten her letter, i ordered it in plenty of time to get it on the 2nd of December hpwever ot is now half Nine in the evening on the 3rd of december and we still havent recieved it. I am dissapointed as this is the 1st year my daughter has an awareness about christmas and I was hoping to start a tradition of elves bringing her a letter from Santa but have been unable to yet, I do hope it arrives soon but I am uoset that it was arranged to arrive on a certain day, yet its hasn't.”
