“As usual, ordered several times, the letter and accompiaments were great. She loved opening a letter addressed to her and reading all the lovely things. The document was colourful and great pictures.”

“Very disappointed that letter could be sent with Dear (Insert Childs name) rather than the actual Childs name! Then to be told it’s my fault after ordering Santa letters for over a decade this has never happened so your ordering web site must be very poor to allow this to happen. Then to not refund for this very poor service is a total disgrace and I will be sure to share my experience far and wide.”
