“Ordered in plenty of time, they emailed me to say it had been posted…. But took 12 days They should have been all sent on December 1st to avoid the rush Letter was beautiful tho I did email for replacements which took ages too!”

“My little girl never received her letter from Santa and her nice list certificate. She is devastated that she hasn’t yet received a reply from him. And now thinks she’s on the naughty list. I’m appalled that this has happened. And I expect a refund back to my card. This isn’t acceptable. I have her letter every year off you and this has never happened. Until now.”
