“I sent this letter to a young relative who has health issues and she was over the moon, this sort of thing means so much to her and she gets so excited when telling us about it.”

“I have been getting Santa Letter Direct for the last five years for my grandsons. This is the first year My eldest grandson has truly understood the letters, and to see his face when reading letters to him was amazing when I read what he wanted and his friend's name. it's great to have them personalised.”

“Fabulous letter, nice list certificate and other bits too. My daughter loved it even more this year now she is getting older. So glad there is an efficient and professional company that can fulfil this requirement and keep the magic alive at Christmas. One very happy little girl and mummy too!”

“Never received any of the letters we paid for. We are now 5 days away from Christmas when we scheduled way ahead for a December 13 delivery. He’s mentioned several times why he got a letter from Santa last year, but none this year.”

“I got this for my LO in case her free one didnt arive in time for Christmas and i happy i did. You have an assortment of different types of letters to personalise and when i signed up i also got a discount code, however its really inexpensive anyway. Letter quality is very good, cost is very good and delivery time very quick (3days) which I didn't expect. My LO absolutely loved it. I have recommended to anyone who has a young child/children.”
