“We were very impressed with the service of ordering our letters. We were kept up to date when they would arrive & were actually earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise & our 2 grandchildren absolutely loved them. We ordered different stores as we have 1 granddaughter & 1 grandson & both the letters were brilliant. Thank you so much. Will definitely be ordering again next year.”
